Administrative Assistant

Duties and responsibilities includes

• Customer Service [Phone - Email - Whatsapp]
• Meet the requirement for the website

BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Logging, tracking, and resolving user-reported issues and service requests.
• Research possible solutions in user guides, technical manuals, and other documents, adapting solutions to meet the unique requirements of our business.
• Providing technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems to meet the specific needs of our business.
• Facilitate user access to systems and troubleshoot access issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a business systems analyst in a technology-driven Accountancy setting;
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems, with the ability to adapt technical solutions to meet business needs;
• Solid understanding of business process modelling, data analysis, and software development methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on support activities.

TRAINEE MOBILE APP DEVELOPER

• To build new apps or update existing ones, write code in an application programming language such as Objective-C or Swift.
• Providing suggestions on how to enhance designs generated by other developers or teams.
